Daily Life Journal
This journal makes space for daily reflections, a self esteem check in. At the end of each week there is a reflection on how things are going, where you would like to go next and how to set your intentions for the week ahead. My favorite tools are the "to release" list and "peaceful thinking exercise". I created this with our current difficult times in mind, it provides a way to get centered and keep moving forward, regardless of what is happening around us.
